Robotics & automation CNC parts

Precision-machined parts for humanoid robotics, collaborative robots and industrial automation — tight tolerances, repeatable batches and the right materials. Joints, reducer and gearbox housings, end-effectors and mounting plates, machined to your drawing on 3-, 4- and 5-axis equipment and inspected in-house.

Robotics and automation run on motion, and motion parts live or die on fits, weight and repeatability. We machine for humanoid-robotics developers building joints and actuators, for collaborative-robot and industrial-automation builders, and for the motion and actuation makers behind them. They pick Fenva because the parts that move have to be right every time: bearing bores round and concentric, joint housings light without flexing, batches that match the first article. We run 3-, 4- and 5-axis equipment, work both lightweight aluminium and hard wear-resistant grades, inspect in-house, and quote factory-direct. Send a drawing and you get a line-item quote in 48 hours, one prototype or a production batch, with no minimum order.

Segments & applications

Where our parts go

Across humanoid robotics, cobots and factory automation, these are the part families we machine most.

Robot joints & actuator housings

Light, stiff housings for humanoid and articulated joints, with bearing bores held round and concentric for smooth, repeatable motion.

Harmonic & cycloidal reducer parts

Reducer housings, flexsplines, cam and carrier components machined for the wear and concentricity that gear reduction demands.

Gearbox parts

Loaded gearbox housings, covers and bearing seats in hardened steel and 17-4PH where strength and wear resistance lead.

End-effectors, EOAT & grippers

Tool-point parts, gripper jaws and end-of-arm tooling that have to be light and precise where the robot meets the work.

Mounting plates & structural frames

Flat, stable mounting plates and structural arms and frames that form the rigid base for the whole assembly.

Precision shafts, pulleys & rollers

Concentric turned shafts, pulleys and rollers for drives and conveyors, with the runout that motion transmission needs.

Materials

The right material for the job

  • 6061 and 7075 aluminium for light, stiff structure — joints, arms and mounting plates that anodize for wear and looks.
  • 4140 alloy steel for loaded gear, cam and shaft parts that have to carry torque and resist wear.
  • 17-4PH stainless where you want hardness plus corrosion resistance, such as reducer and gearbox internals.
  • Titanium where you need strong and light at once — high-load joints and end-effectors that can't carry the weight of steel.

Triple-certified quality

ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and AS9100D. The AS9100D aerospace QMS brings full material traceability and first-article inspection rigor to your robotics and automation parts, with material certs available on request.

Quality & certifications

Inspected and held to print

General tolerance ISO 2768-m as standard, down to ±0.01 mm on bearing fits. Concentricity and roundness are controlled and verified on in-house CMM and vision systems, with traceability through the batch. An NDA is available on request.

Why Fenva

Why Fenva for robotics & automation

Precision and repeatability for moving parts

Bearing fits, concentricity and roundness controlled and verified on CMM, so the hundredth part matches the first.

5-axis for complex housings

Complex joint and reducer housings finish in fewer setups on 3-, 4- and 5-axis equipment. No minimum order, prototype to production.

Accountable, made strictly to print

We machine strictly to your drawing and stand behind the result, factory-direct with no middleman markup.

Mini-FAQ

Robotics & automation, answered

Do you machine humanoid-robot and cobot parts?

Yes. Robot joints and actuator housings, reducer and gearbox components, end-effectors and structural arms are routine work for us, mostly in 6061 and 7075 aluminium, with titanium, 17-4PH and steel where the loads demand it.

Can you hold tight tolerances on reducer & gearbox housings?

Yes. General tolerance is ISO 2768-m as standard, down to ±0.01 mm on bearing fits and critical features. Concentricity and roundness are controlled and verified on in-house CMM.

What materials do you machine for robotics?

6061 and 7075 aluminium for light structure, 4140 alloy steel and 17-4PH stainless where parts wear, and titanium where you need strong and light at once.

Lead times, and is there a minimum order?

No minimum order. Prototypes about 10 to 15 business days, production about 15 to 30, with a quote in 48 hours.
