Our story

A family business, built to last

Fenva Precision is the international division of Suzhou Fengfan Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (苏州丰凡电子科技有限公司). The family has been in machining since the 1960s; the family business was founded in 1994 and is now in its third generation.

Fenva Precision was established in 2024 to bring that same disciplined manufacturing to customers around the world, prototype to production, with the quality systems and traceability global engineering teams expect.

1st generation 1960s–1994

Mr. Shen, the founder

Mr. Shen began working in machining in the 1960s, building the craft and discipline that would define the family. In 1994 he founded the family machining business.

2nd generation 2006–2012

Mrs. Shen & Mr. Qu

Mrs. Shen and Mr. Qu joined the business and took over operations, scaling the company from manual machining to CNC and building the Suzhou production facility.

Weitao, going global

Weitao, after studying in Canada, launched Fenva Precision in 2024 to expand the family business globally, bringing the same standards to international engineering and procurement teams.

Our facility

A 7,600 m² production site in Suzhou

Acquired in 2004 and built out over three decades, our site brings the full machining fleet, finishing, inspection and assembly together under one roof, organised, clean and built for consistent, repeatable production.

Milestones

From two machines to ninety-seven

1994

The family machining business is founded, manual machining, a handful of people and two machines.

The family takes full ownership and re-establishes the business as Suzhou Fengfan Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. Transition from manual to CNC turning; acquired the 10,000 m² site and built out dedicated production space.
