Who we serve

Built for aerospace and UAV programs

We machine parts for commercial aerospace OEMs and their tier suppliers, and for UAV and drone manufacturers — from a single first article through to repeat production. These programs share one demand: the part has to match the drawing exactly, and there has to be a record proving it. That is why they pick Fenva.

  • Triple-certified — AS9100D, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 behind every job.
  • FAI and traceability — first-article inspection plus full material and batch traceability.
  • 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling plus CNC turning, with tolerances down to ±0.005 mm.
  • Factory-direct — quoted and made at the plant, no middleman markup.

Segments & applications

Parts we make for aerospace and drones

From load-bearing airframe structure to the precision mounts on a camera drone — milled and turned to print.

Airframe & structural brackets

Load-bearing brackets, ribs, fittings and machined plate for structural frames, in high-strength aluminium and titanium.

Actuator, gearbox & pump housings

Sculpted multi-face housings for actuators, gearboxes and pumps, finished in fewer setups on 5-axis.

Fittings, manifolds & fluid components

Hydraulic and pneumatic fittings, manifolds and fluid-system components with tight bores and sealing faces.

UAV / drone parts

Drone frames, gimbal and camera mounts, motor mounts and payload brackets — light, stiff and dimensionally exact.

Precision shafts & bushings

Turned shafts, spacers and bushings held to close diameter and concentricity tolerances.

Materials

Materials for aerospace & drones

The grades these programs ask for most. Other grades on request.

Titanium Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5)

Highest strength-to-weight, corrosion resistant and strong at temperature — for high-load structure and fittings.

Titanium CNC

Aluminium 7075-T6 & 2024

High strength-to-weight aerospace aluminium for airframe structure, brackets and drone frames.

Aluminium CNC

Stainless 17-4PH

Precipitation-hardening stainless for hardware, fittings and load-bearing components.

Quality & compliance

The paper trail aerospace requires

  • AS9100D (EN 9100) aerospace quality system, on top of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 — three certifications.
  • First-article inspection (FAI) with documented results, on in-house CMM and vision measurement.
  • Full material and batch traceability; EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates on request.
  • Configuration and revision control — the part you receive matches the revision you released.
  • Confidentiality matters — an NDA is available on request, signed before any files change hands.

Mini-FAQ

Aerospace & drones, answered

Are you AS9100D certified?

Yes. Fenva holds AS9100D (EN 9100) for aerospace, alongside ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 — three certifications, not one.

Do you machine UAV / drone parts?

Yes. We make UAV and drone frames, gimbal and camera mounts, motor mounts, payload brackets and precision shafts, in aluminium and titanium, from one prototype to production batches.

Can you provide first-article inspection and material certificates?

Yes. First-article inspection (FAI) and full material and batch traceability are built into our AS9100D system, with EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates on request.

What are your aerospace lead times?

A line-item quote in 48 hours, prototypes in about 10 to 15 business days and production in about 15 to 30, with no minimum order.
