Precision machined parts for robots, cobots and automation. Joints, housings, gearbox components, end-effectors and mounting plates, milled and turned to your drawing on 3-, 4- and 5-axis equipment, inspected in-house, AS9100D certified.
Robotics lives or dies on fits and weight. Bearing bores have to be round and concentric, joint housings have to be light without flexing, and gearbox parts have to survive the wear. Fenva machines all of it to drawing on the same floor: aluminium for the light structure, hardened steel and 17-4PH where it wears, titanium where you need strong and light at once. Send a drawing and you get a line-item quote in 48 hours, one prototype or a production batch, with no minimum order.
Part families
| Part family | Material we reach for | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Robot joints & housings | 6061 / 7075 aluminium | High stiffness-to-weight, anodizes for wear and looks |
| Gearbox & harmonic-drive components | Hardened steel / 17-4PH | Hardness and wear resistance for loaded gear and cam surfaces |
| End-effector & gripper parts | Aluminium / Ti-6Al-4V | Light and precise at the tool point, titanium where loads are high |
| Mounting plates & frames | 6061 aluminium | Flat, stable, economical structural base for the whole assembly |
| Shafts, pulleys & turned fittings | Stainless / steel / brass | Concentric turned features for drives and bearings |
These are the common material grades we run most often. We also machine other grades on request.
