Documentation
Inspection reports and product photos compiled and shipped with every order; material certificates on request.

DFM review and risk assessment before machining begins, catching issues on the drawing, not on the floor.

In-process control
First-article and in-process checks against your drawing keep every batch on tolerance as it's machined.

Final inspection
Final in-house inspection before shipment — a sampling check (typically ~5%, more on small runs) on CMM and VMM where specified; full 100% inspection on request.

Each order ships with its quality reports and product photos, so you can verify what you receive.
