Material traceability
Certified materials with complete traceability.
Every material is sourced certified, verified on arrival, and tracked through production, traceable back to its source, with certificates on request.
The chain
From trusted source to certified part
Four controls keep the link between your part and the material it was made from intact.
Trusted sources
Material is bought from qualified suppliers against the grade and spec your drawing calls for.
Incoming verification
On arrival, material is checked for grade, specification and condition before it is released to production.
Batch traceability
Each batch is tracked through every operation, so a finished part can be traced back to its material source.
Material certificates
A Material Test Certificate (MTC) documenting composition and properties is available with your order on request.
Incoming verification
Checked before it reaches the floor
Certified raw stock is verified for grade, specification and condition the moment it arrives. Material that doesn't match the certificate doesn't get cut, keeping the traceability record clean from the very first operation.

Walked end to end
One certificate chain, start to finish
Here is how one bar of 7075 becomes a certified part. The bar arrives with its mill certificate; we log the heat and batch number against your order at goods-in and verify the grade. That batch number is written onto the job traveler, the paper that follows your parts through every operation, so any part on the traveler points back to exactly one certificate. When the order ships, the batch number appears on the packing slip, and the EN 10204 3.1 certificate travels with the paperwork when you request it.
What's inside an EN 10204 3.1 certificate: the producing mill and standard, the grade and temper, the heat/batch number, the chemical composition from the ladle analysis, and the mechanical test results (tensile, yield, elongation, hardness) for that heat, signed by the mill's inspection department, independent of production. More in our guide to material certificates.
