Enclosed CNC cells, line after line
Fully enclosed machining cells run along the Suzhou shop floor, keeping coolant, chips and noise contained while parts move through the line.
Dedicated cells and organised stations
Compact machining cells pair each machine with an organised work station, so setups, tooling and in-process parts stay where the operator needs them.
Quality inspection lab
A dedicated lab, separated from production
Measured in a controlled environment
- CMM (3D) and VMM (2.5D vision) measurement.
- Temperature-stable, controlled measurement environment.
- Separated from the production floor to keep measurement clean.
